In the week four big firms barred outside AI agents, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, BBVA and Synchrony signed on as design partners to Poppy, the Sierra/Meta draft. Poppy lets each company post its own agent limits at /.well-known/poppy.json. Neither US bank serves that file yet. When one does, it will say more than any earnings call.
